Choices Community Care Services Ltd helps individuals to decide for themselves the kind of housing and support they need and want. Most people choose to receive their bespoke care package living on their own, but some prefer to live in a small group. Choices Community Care also offers residential support.
- To assist people with a learning disability to live in their own tenancy within a community setting
- To enable those supported to have a high quality of life
Choices works for positive change by helping people with care needs to exercise their right to make their own decisions about how and where they live. Choices provides:
- 24-hour support
- sleep over staff
- domiciliary services to enable people to stay in their own home
Referrals are accepted from potential service users, parents, social work and health professionals
