Counsel and Care is a national charity working with older people, their families and carers to get the best care and support.
Counsel and Care provides personalised, in-depth advice and information on a range of issues including care homes and care home funding, arranging help at home, and accessing and applying for benefits. This also informs Counsel and Care's research and campaigning work. The advice team can provide information about the community care and health systems and how they affect people over 60, their families and carers. They can also offer signposting to other services if they are unable to help.
Advice can be made available in a number of different languages through an interpretation service - contact the advice line for further details.
