Introductory Record

If your organisation, service or group is likely to want to create several records on
Grampian CareData, you may wish to consider creating an Introductory Record. This record
would contain the primary contact details and a general description or overview of your
organisation and the services offered. Links to further records on the database can be
added to the Introductory Record once they have been added and links back to the
Introductory Record from further records will eliminate the need to repeat basic
information.
