A Service Detail Record is the most common type in the database. It contains the contact
details and information about an individual organisation or group, or individual services
offered by an organisation or group. It can be used on its own, most commonly where only
one record is required or if there multiple records  for stand-alone projects. Service
Detail Records can also be used in conjunction with an Introductory Record.
