Services

Take A Seat provides evidence based seated classes of adapted Tai Chi (Tai Ji) and Chi Gung (Qi Gong) for people who are unable to stand to exercise. Locations can vary, please contact for further details.

Take A Seat also provides training seminars for care staff and health professionals in a unique Chi Gung programme. Take A Seat holds regular classes on behalf of the Deeside Mental Health Association and the Banchory Forget-Me-Not group.
