The Aberdeen Peer Support Project aims to support others who have experienced an acquired brain injury to better understand their condition and manage the long term effects. The Aberdeen Peer Support Project currently meets weekly on Fridays from 11.00am to 1.00pm at Momentum Skills in Aberdeen.

The project is led by peer support volunteers who have themselves sustained an acquired brain injury and are managing the long term effects. The project aims to enable people who need support, to best self manage the long term effects of their acquired brain injury through peer support, social contact and education. The project is peer-led as well as being overseen by a member of the Momentum Skills staff team.
