British Lung Foundation - Breathe Easy Aberdeen

Services

Breathe Easy Aberdeen is part of the British Lung Foundations network of support groups in the UK for people with any kind of lung condition.

Breathe Easy runs monthly support meetings and a weekly exercise class.

Support meetings offer:

• information from a range of leaflets on specific lung conditions and preventive / alleviation of symptoms
• exchange of ideas and suggestions from members as to suitable topics for discussion, for example, alternative therapies, benefits of exercise
• talks by speakers on various topics aimed at improving quality of life (please contact Breathe Easy for information about the programme of speakers)

A pulmonary maintainance exercise class meets every Monday at the beach leisure centre from 1.45pm-3.00pm. Classes are run by a qualified instructor and there is a small charge for attendance.
