Building Bridges is for people between 16-34 who have experienced mental health issues and who wish to make a new start. It consists of a programme of short courses that encourages confidence building and self-awareness and assists in deciding what individuals would like to do in the future. The courses will be relevant to each person's ideas, needs and interests and will encourage the individual to take up other opportunities such as further study, training and work. Guidance and advice is available from the entry stage onwards and full support will be given throughout the programme.
