Do you or your organisation offer health and social care services in the North East of Scotland? Do you offer advice or information? Do you run a self-help group, social club or activity for people with disabilities? Then you should be on Grampian CareData!
In order to enter records on our database, you will first need to register as an Information Provider (for help see Registering as an Information Provider). There is a link to the Information Providers' area at the top right of each page and from a box on the home page. Just follow the instructions on the page to complete the form. Once your account has been approved, you will be able to submit records.
If you are in any doubt about whether or not your service is relevant, please check the details of our remit on the page About Grampian CareData. Also be sure to check our Inclusion Policy before proceeding. If your organisation or service does not meet with the Inclusion Policy's requirements, we reserve the right to decline any records submitted.
If you know of a service that should be on the database but are not an official of the organisation concerned, please encourage them to visit this site - or contact us and we will contact them.
Information Providers who do not have internet access should contact our office on 01651 872727 for a postal application form.
